3 Days Murchison Falls National Park safari will give you a wildlife experience in Murchison falls national park, Uganda’s largest conservation area. You will explore Ziwa rhino sanctuary and track rhinos on foot. Then go on a game drive and boat cruise on the Nile. When you are lucky to see leopard, lion, buffalo, elephant, you will have spotted the big five mammals, the highlight of your safari.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer from Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park

Early morning you will be picked up by your guide in 4*4 land cruiser vehicle and travel to Murchison Falls National park home to over 70 mammals and 451 species of birds making it a premier wildlife safari destination. You will break the 3-5 hours journey to Murchison with a stopover at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary where you will have en route lunch and track southern white rhinos on foot with a knowledgeable guide. From ziwa you will continue to the park reaching early evening.On arrival at your lodge you will be checked in and have time to relax, and enjoy dinner and overnight at your lodge. Day 2: Game drive and boat cruise on the Nile

The morning game drive will give you an opportunity to view the big game mammals such as elephants, lions, leopards, Rothschild’s giraffes, buffaloes and antelopes like Uganda kob, topi, eland, bushbucks. You will have time to relax for lunch and after join the boat cruise to take you to bottom of Murchison falls as you spot aquatic wildlife life such as hippos, Nile crocodiles, and water birds. On return Catch up with sunset view before diner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 3: Transfer back to Kampala

After breakfast at the lodge, you will drive to south of the park and to the top of Murchison falls, the strongest waterfall in the world. The view on top is very spectacular with a rain bow and mist when it is still morning. From there transfer back to Kampala and end your safari.
